BOS Support Tools

 

Remote Control

  1. Please download the Remote Support tool and run it on BOS system.
  2. The BOS Remote Support  is only initiated by the contact person that administers BOS: he needs to voluntary click to initiate the connection
  3. Contact Chief to get your ID.
  4. Enter your ID in the editable window and click OK.
  5. Chief Support team will temporarily take remote control of your system to evaluate the problem.
  6. The Remote Control session is automatically and systematically uninstalled when the connection is closed, and its definitions will automatically cease to exist at disconnection.
  7. No further control over your system will be possible unless a new session is started on your request.
