BOS Support Tools

Remote Control
- Please download the Remote Support tool and run it on BOS system.
- The BOS Remote Support is only initiated by the contact person that administers BOS: he needs to voluntary click to initiate the connection
- Contact Chief to get your ID.
- Enter your ID in the editable window and click OK.
- Chief Support team will temporarily take remote control of your system to evaluate the problem.
- The Remote Control session is automatically and systematically uninstalled when the connection is closed, and its definitions will automatically cease to exist at disconnection.
- No further control over your system will be possible unless a new session is started on your request.
