aXafe Description and Aims
aXafe is an exceptionally secure near-line Backup server, that automatically backs up all corporate critical information at pre defined intervals, in order to ensure the updated and historical data versions' availability and integrity at any given time, even following disasters.
aXafe was developed and assembled by Chief with the professional assistance of ISM .
aXafe is armored with a Fire-proof safe, that can resist up to 1,010°C, and physically protected against earthquakes, terror attacks, and theft.
The Backup server uses Windows 2000 or XP pro as an operating system and BOS as restoration software.
The connection of aXafe to the network enables BOS to access any resource over the LAN or WAN, for backup and restoring of its data.
Presently available aXafe Backup capacities range from 20GB to 500GB
BOS restoration software can handle an unlimited number of documents and an unlimited number of historical versions for each document. the software enables quick and painless restoration of any single file or a complete server.
BOS gives a unique (Patent pending) ability to recover deleted files or folders using a single drag&drop action.
BOS has a unique (Patent Pending) automatic self recovery and maintenance mechanism that organizes, checks and repairs the BOS system.
BOS has a unique (Patent Pending) ability to backup only the changed and new documents while maintaining a complete backup, ready for immediate restoration at any time.
