System Requirements
Before Setting BOS
BOS needs minimal preparations, as follows:
- One PC in the role of the BOS server.
- MS-Windows Win98 \ Me \ NT \ 2000 \ XP (any version) as the operation system.
- One logical hard drive partition, suiting the capacity needs and some surplus.
BOS actually requires only one logical partition, therefore you can use an internal disk, external USB or Firewire disk, a dynamic volume set, internal / external RAID solutions, etc.
- At least one login account with a minimum of READ rights for BOS to access the network machines for backup.
